Lynton Orrett achieves dismissal of vulnerable client’s drugs and weapon charges

Lynton Orrett made a successful application to dismiss at Croydon Crown Court acting on behalf of a vulnerable woman charged with two counts of possession with intent to supply class A drugs and possession of a zombie knife.

This case was a good reminder that, on an application to dismiss, it is the charges sent to the Crown Court that are being challenged rather than the counts on the preferred indictment.
