Jemi Akin-Olugbade’s client found Not Guilty in Firearms and Robbery Trial

Jemi’s client was on trial for charges of Possession of a Firearm with Intent to Cause Fear of Violence and Robbery in the context of the supply of drugs. Despite the client having two previous convictions for Robbery with a firearm, following Jemi’s devastating cross-examination of the principal complainant the prosecution concluded that there was no reasonable prospect of conviction and offered no evidence.  As a result, a Not Guilty verdict was entered for Jemi’s client on both counts.
