As now widely reported in the national press, Lord Nazir Ahmed’s trial at Sheffield Crown Court was stayed this week. The decision followed a successfully argued abuse of process application by Chambers’ Imran Khan KC and Chloe Gardner who appeared for Lord Nazir.
