On Monday, following a 3-day trial at Wood Green Crown Court, Kachi Odidika’s youth client was acquitted of one count of attempt to cause serious injury by dangerous driving. The jury had heard recognition evidence from a police officer and evidence of the defendant’s two previous convictions for dangerous driving.
