A Suspended Sentence was secured by Konstantina Nouka at Ipswich Crown Court

Konstantina Nouka, instructed by Breydons, successfully represented a client charged with a sexual assault at Ipswich Crown Court. Following extensive submissions in mitigation, the court was persuaded that there was no abuse of trust in this case. The Defendant was sentenced to 10 months’ imprisonment, suspended for a period of two years.
