Unanimous Acquittals Secured at Guildford Crown Court

Beata Kopel secured unanimous acquittals on all counts following a three-week trial at Guildford Crown Court.
The defendant was charged with attempted rape and assault by penetration. Following the trial, the jury returned unanimous not guilty verdicts in respect of all allegations.
