Successful Application to Vacate Guilty Pleas was secured by Konstantina Nouka at Isleworth Crown Court

Konstantina Nouka, instructed by TSABI Ltd, successfully represented a client at Isleworth Crown Court in an application to vacate the guilty pleas that she entered at the Magistrates’ Court for breaching enforcement notices.  Following cross-examination of a witness and extensive submissions on whether there was a defence available in the case, the Judge was persuaded that it would be unjust to refuse the application. The case has been remitted to the Magistrates’ Court for the Defendant to enter pleas.
